Together we will: 🌙 Release what no longer serves us 🌙 Set intentions for growth + new beginnings 🌙 Honour the turning of the seasons and the energy of Samhain 🔥 The evening will also include a rejuvenating sauna session to enhance our sense of renewal and positivity. 💫 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, swimwear, towel, journal, and an open heart. 🌌 Astrological Note: This Samhain falls during the waxing moon — a powerful time for building energy, setting intentions, and deepening personal growth.
