Service Description

Bridandflow returns for a new four-week series, led by Holistic Yoga Teacher Brid Hennigan. Brid’s approach weaves together breath, mindful movement, and presence to create space for students to reconnect with themselves and flow more freely. Each session is followed by the soothing heat of Oakdale Sauna to deepen relaxation and support recovery.
